Wedding bridal show in Visalia, Ca
This past weekend I was a vendor at the Wedding Style, A Bridal Event in Visalia, Ca. This was my very first bridal show as a vendor and it is so different on the other side. I was used to these shows as a bride. It ended up being a pretty fun experience. I talked to at least 100 brides at my booth. Amazing! There was never a moment where I could sit!
My vision for the bridal show was easy. I knew I wanted to create a living room atmosphere, one that reflects my style. I incorporated both modern and vintage elements into this design. The walls were painted with chalk paint, something that is very popular right now. I drew frame borders with chalk around the displayed photos. The furnitures were all vintage pieces. The two chairs, coffee table, white side table, and rug were contributed by Whitney of Willow House Rentals. Do check out her rentals! She has the most amazing collection. I bought the desk from Monica of Embellish & Restore a few months ago to use for my desk after searching for a French Provincial desk forever. I saw it on their Facebook and I knew I had to have it. I have put it to great use since then, and not as a desk. lol
I would like to thank my husband for driving over 200 miles transporting all the furnitures this weekend, painting my wall, and hanging it up. Thanks to my friend Kevin for printing my signs on canvas. And last, but not least, I would like to thank Melissa of Prazeres Events for helping me run the booth. I couldn’t have done it without her!
Below are some photos from the show. A few people got really cozy at my booth which is pretty awesome. For all the brides that attended the show, don’t forget to like my Facebook for your chance to enter in the free engagement session by Wednesday.
